Through this guided tour, "on the steps of Joséphine and Bonaparte- from the peak of an Empire to its twilight". I will take you discover the place where, where Napoleon spent the happiest years of his life and glorious career with Josephine. The place entirely furnished, is filled with the memories of the great hero and evocates not only his daily life with his family and friends his special daily habits but also his great political actions taken there through the most important years of his career. Surrounding the castle the gardens created by Josephine and the centenarian Park, as well as the church where Josephine and daughter are buried. After Malmaison, it is in the Tuileries Castle that Napoleon settled his government to see on the way to the Invalides, which became his burial place in 1840 back from his exile in St Helen.
