I have been living and working in Paris for 15+ years. I love my city and love sharing its vibrant art scene with my guests. Originally, I studied Art and Philosophy at Concordia University, Montreal and received a Master 2 / Diplôme des Beaux-Arts de l'ESADHaR, Le Havre, France. As well as being a tour guide, I am a practicing artist. I spent the first years of my life in Paris, going to the museum every weekend to sketch the sculptures and paintings. I have over 15 years of experience working in the arts with artists and galleries, as an artist and curator. I started out running an artist-run center and love making the experience of interacting with art accessible and fun. We are a family of 6 ranging from 30 to 60+ years of age, with a range of interests and styles. Naomi introduced us to a variety of Marais galleries that included high end pop art paintings, social justice photography, and avant garde sculpture. She is knowledgeable and connected and knows her stuff and has a pleasant and engaging style. We highly recommend her tour.

This was a very interesting and engaging tour. Naomi is a practicing artist herself and we really benefited from her perspective and knowledge -- not something you can come by every day! We saw a variety of contemporary art from the sublime to the silly, and I will remember all of it. An afternoon well spent.

As a working artist, Naomi is SO tuned into and knowledgable about the European art scene that you are assured of interesting insights regarding both current artists AND galleries. Some of the galleries were unexpectedly closed, but plenty was on offer to give a wide ranging overview of the Paris art scene. We would hire her again!
