the musee d'Orsay

I just had a very enjoyable tour of St. Germain with Caroline, who met me at my hotel. We walked through old historic streets, visited nice sweet boutiques w/tasting, a wonderful Provence olive oil/ vinegar tasting, the market w/ cheese tasting, historic spots and the oldest church in Paris, St. Germain-des-Pres. Caroline is very knowledgeable about the French /Paris history and the sweet shops and made me feel immediately at home. I have now a good feel for the area and would like to explore more myself
