My name is Vincent an official tour guide/lecturer in Paris and France. I am a licensed tour guide in France and I have been working since 1989. It was the year when Paris celebrated the centenary of the Eiffel Tower as well as the bicentennial of the French Revolution. My knowledge in art history and History grew over the years and I like to share it with visitors. Getting out of Paris by the A 13 after 90 km we get into Normandy by the area of the French Vexin, a charming natural protected area that holds villages like La Roche Guyon or Giverny. This is precisely this one that holds the ancient Claude Monet Property. The main purpose of this tour is to visit this domain, a stunning landscaping work of art, the house, an interesting ride throughout the countryside passing by villages like the one mentioned previously.
This tour was very engaging. It was our most enjoyed single item on our trip to Paris. We all really enjoyed it. The gardens are beautiful but there isn't much by way of signage. Seeing the gardens and Monet's house under Vincent's guidance really added to our enjoyment. He provided the extra history and information about Monet and his work to make the experience come alive.
Our tour of Monet's House at Giverny with Vincent was amazing! Vincent is knowledgable, charming and easy going. We all agreed that Vincent was a wonderful guide and we will most definitely choose another tour with him if we are lucky enough to return to Paris. Bridget
This is the second trip to Paris in which Vincent has been our guide. Our days were well planned, suited our style and informative. Vincent is very knowledgeable and was great with our younger kids. We will continue to seek him out for future trips!
