Overview of your Paris tour
Burgondy is a business card of the French high level gastronomy, this the only region when everyone can find its stomach happiness: fine cheeses, excellent Grand Cru wines, rare White truffles, delicious snails, exquisite food and amazingly beautiful landsapes! We'll start with truffle hunting with specially trained dogs, after you will be served an exquisite truffle lunch at the farm, we continue our Burgondy trip by visiting a foie-gras farm where you can feed the ducks yourself! An abundant fois gras tasting with wine will encourage you to go on! The Last step of our one day trip is a private visite of the 12th century castle (closed for public but open for you!) Where the Count and the Countess de Guiteaux welcome you at their family castle and introduce you into a closed world of the old french nobility! After a historical visit about the castle, you are invited to the state dining room to share with local cheeses world famous Epoisse with Chablis wine!
