This is a summer time excursion, as most of the sights are only open from 1st May to 30th September. Internationally advanced Finnish cultural architecture by Saarinen, Gesellius and Lindgren has modified the city towards to the most interesting design cities in the world! This half-day tour is not only must if you want to explore the secrets of the unique buildings of the masters and their interiors, but when wanting to discover art of the most famous painters as well. * Pickup and drop-off from the place agreed The main architectural highlights of Helsinki: * The Sibelius monument of National composer Jean Sibelius by Eila Hiltunen * Hvitträsk atelier 1903 in Kirkkonummi by Saarinen co. including the crave of Saarinen family and Gesellius and their sauna by the scenic lake environment (open 1 May - 30 Sep). * Akseli Gallen-Kallela's studio and home castle in Tarvaspää, Espoo. We will visit the historic cafe building on the courtyard and have some Finnish coffee. Finally you will see the old smoke sauna building on the sea shore of the castle (open year around). * Ainola 1904 by Sonck near Tuusula lake: home and museum of Sibelius including his family grave in Järvenpää (Open 2 May - 30 Sep) We are able to have some lunch and have a coffee break during this tour in the place of your choice.
