Overview of your Quito tour

Quilotoa is a volcano with a lake inside. The lagoon is an emerald which gases are coming out. Quilotoa is a town with unique characteristics in Ecuador. People have preserved their clothing, traditions and customs. One of the most interesting things is listening to them speak in their native language, Quichua. The indigenous people are proud of their origins, but they are one of the kindest people you will find in Ecuador. Nature is majestic with mountains, moors, typical birds of the Andes and of course the Quilotoa and its lagoon. There are different levels of hiking, so you can go down to the lagoon or walk around it. If you chose to walk down from the summit crater towards the lagoon where you can practice some water sports.
