Elizabeth provided extensive information about the area, vegetation, geological history, etc, as we drove to and from Quilatoa. She uses a driver to ensure full attention on driving safety, awareness of the environment, and relevant information and descriptions as we toured. Friendly and speaks English very well, college educated with additional eco-tourism training and license, and an obvious interest in and joy in sharing information about Ecuador and the various locations. This tour allowed Elizabeth to discuss how the Indigenous people farm on the sides of the mountains by hand (no machinery) on the way to the lagoon. Elizabeth offered different hiking options and I chose to hike down to the lagoon as it gave a great sense of the environment. The views were spectacular looking out over the lagoon and up into the mountains.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable, patient, informative, and nice to be with. Her driver was also very good.
