A complete tour through the volcanos and Andean markets. . . From the highest World capital, Quito, we head South to hike the highest active volcano Cotopaxi, or the Emerald colour lagoon, Quilotoa also every Thursday we can visit an incredible aboriginal Market. After a rest we go to explore the impressive water falls on the way down to the Amazon basin and adventure at the Tarabita, the local cable car, and more. . . Then to the highest point on Earth from the core for another hike and enjoy a hot chocolate, we sleep around there. The day after early morning, we continue for a unique train ride, the most difficult rail construction. Later on we follow to one of the few Inca buildings in Ecuador. Finally we reach the beauty Cuenca City. Last day we visit some of the main tourists points such as: a toquilla straw hat factory, its main Cathedral some markets and local cuisine.
Day 1: We start at your hotel in Quito or City Airport heading south for 1-2 hours either to Cotopaxi volcano to do a trek up to the base camp around 14000 feet or we can go to the super Quilotoa Lagoon. For both options we can stop every Thursday at Incredible Saquisili aboriginal Market or every Sunday to Pujili magic market also visit an awesome colonial farm. We finish at Baños de Agua Santa. Day 2: Adventure day, at local waterfalls and cable car around Baños then at afternoon up to the Tayta Chimborazo refuge camp while we enjoy the view of the lovely Vicuñas at the National park. . . finally we rest around Riobamba city. Day 3: Start very early morning, 5am, (optional every Thursday Guamote aboriginal market) then going to Alausi town for a unique train ride at "Devil's nose" later on to the Inca fort of Ingapirca, getting at night to the beauty Cuenca city. Day 4: City tour around Cuenca main attractions: Homero Ortega toquilla hats factory and museum, visit to local market and the main Cathedral.

We travel with my SUV JAC JS4 model 2026 mainly, except the train circuit at Alausi for 2 hours. For the space of your luggage in the car 3 adults maximum for this trip.
