Overview of your Quito tour
On this trip you will get to know the route of the volcanoes, stunning landscapes and you will have the opportunity to visit one of the most visited volcanoes in my country, Ecuador. At our first stop very early in the morning we will pick you up at your hotel and travel south 60 km from the city of Quito. Continuing with our trip, our local guide will wait for us to visit the Cotopaxi National Park for the visit of this great place. Then we will go to the National Park interaction museum. We are going to take a walk of an hour and a half around the Limpiopungo lagoon. Finally we will return to Quito on the way we are going to take our lunch and finally drop off at your hotel. The Cotopaxi volcano is 5, 897 meters (19, 347 feet) above sea level You cannot miss this tour with me! Itinerary will be the following: - Pick up Hotel (Quito) - National Park Cotopaxi Volcano - Park's Museum - Limpiopungo Lake -Hike to the José Rivas Refuge - Back to Quito -Drop Off your Hotel *Recommended* items to bring on this tour: warm clothing, glasses, cap, waterproof jacket, trekking shoes, a thermal coat, comfortable shoes with a grippy sole, a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and a camera. If temperatures are low, it is recommended that you wear a hat that covers your ears and gloves for your hands. If you are going to hike to the José Rivas refuge you can take hiking sticks.
