Hej! Discover Copenhagen with me, an authorized guide with over 10 years of experience in the industry. My name is Lavinia, I was born and raised in Italy, but moved to Denmark in 2014. A little bit about me - I was born in Italy and I have always loved traveling and experiencing new cultures. After finishing my studies in Italy, I moved to Copenhagen and I made it my home. I started working with the tourism industry in 2016, as a guide for cruise ship guests, and I quickly realized that I loved learning about the history of my adoptive country and sharing it with my guests! In 2020 I obtained my diploma for becoming a licensed tour guide in Denmark from Roskilde University. Since then I've been working with my own company "Copenhagen with Lavinia", catering to all types of clients from big groups, company trips, to individual travelers and families. The city walk will be coupled with the inside visit to one of the most iconic palaces in Copenhagen: Rosenborg castle. Once the summer residency for the Danish Royal family, this enchanting palace is now fully open to the public. Cherry on top - the crown jewels are kept in the underground treasure chambers. Truly a must see!
Your Copenhagen tour itinerary
This walking tour will take us to many of the iconic landmarks in Copenhagen. We will walk past the Royal Library and its hidden garden, Christiansborg Palace which is the seat of the Danish Parliament, of course the famous Nyhavn Canal and Kongens Nytorv square. We will wander into the pedestrian area of Stroget, explore the latin quarter before finally reaching Rosenborg castle for the inside visit. Of course we will also make time for a light lunch. This tour is easily customizable to your preferences, so please don't hesitate to contact me so we can decide together how to make your perfect tour. As a starting point, we can meet at City Hall square, or I can pick you up at your hotel. Please note that the tour might be operated in different order, depending on availability of tickets for Rosenborg Castle.
