Biking the castles, nature and art north of Copenhagen

We had an exceptional day with Robert. He picked us up at our hotel right on time. We cycled through the high spots of Copenhagen all the way to the Little Mermaid statue. From there, we cycled or took the train to the three castles on the outskirts of the city. The weather was ideal and the scenery was beautiful. We learned so much about Denmark and its royal family. Robert was knowledgeable, helpful, and full of stories as we moved through the day. We highly recommend this tour and any others that Robert may lead. He will definitely give you a day to remember!

Our family of 6 had a great time on our bike tour with Robert! It was our favorite day in Denmark. We were a little nervous about being on bikes most of the day in 40-50 deg F weather (with some of our kids better at cycling than others), but Robert put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and patience. We squeezed a lot of amazing Denmark experiences in our 8 hour day together. Robert is a very considerate guide - he adjusted plans quickly when needed (due to train cancellations and tired teenagers), brought snacks to share, and planned the day thoughtfully based on early communication with us about our family’s interests. He helped us ahead of time by researching best options for bike rentals and made things as convenient and economical for us as possible without limiting our experience. It was a fantastic day in beautiful Copenhagen and its surrounding areas, and we would hire Robert again in a heartbeat to show us more if we are lucky enough to return!

Robert was the ultimate guide, full of stories and histories, getting us to many different sites. It was like spending the day with a good friend! He helped bring all the history of the areas to life. Made us want to return to Denmark for sure! Thank you Robert!
