My name is Zana. I am a licensed tour guide for the city of Zagreb. Not only will I be your tour guide; but I will also be your friend during your stay in Croatia. Zagreb is my hometown, place where I was born and raised. When it comes to Zagreb, with pride I can tell you that I am 5th generation in family to be born in Zagreb. I grew up at the footsteps of Free Royal City of Gradec, opposite the Stone Gate. I attended the oldest elementary school in Kaptol, I was christened in St. Mark's Church and so as the rest of my family and I attended the oldest Clasical Gymnasium in Zagreb which was built in 1607. and at that time it was one of the oldest Universities in southern part od Europe. I have chosen to live most of my life in Zagreb, but I have also lived in London for 6 years and some short time in Spain. I have Master degree in Tourism and I am a consultant specialist for Taylor made itineraries. I love my job and I guess my job loves me, I have years of experience and thousands of satisfied smiles. So let me show you around! - Proficiency level by Cambridge Collage - Advance level by Cambridge Collage - licence guide for Dubrovnik and Dubrovnik County - licence guide for National Park Plitvice - licence guide for people with certain disabilities - Licensed tour leader for entire Croatia, London, Dubai, Istanbul, Athena and neighboring countries. - Driving licence - B category I do not have any restrictions in regard to my guiding

Enjoy unique private walking tour through the narrow streets of Zagreb visiting all historic and iconic locations with your personal licensed tour guide. . . Travel is my passion and when travelling, I love to meet with locals and have them show me around. Likewise, I love to do the same. You will be introduced to the personal side of Zagreb hearing stories from the past and present. I will show you my house; places where we were playing hide and seek when I had no idea how valuable all this is. Past will take you to medieval time and tell you how Zagreb grew from two historical medieval settlements into one city called Zagreb. And present will show you how locals live, what is their passion and how do they spend their time. So let me show you around!!!
Our meeting point will be at the Main Square Ban Jelacic next to a horse statue. - From there we shall take a short walk to Zagreb's Cathedral, elegant and graceful Neo-gothic building. - I will take you to a cheerful and lively market Dolac where you will be introduced to local life. - Then we shall head to my favorite streets of all; Tkalciceva street the beat of the city's heart. - We will pass Bloody Bridge, turn right and enter into my childhood, the street where I grew up, the street which will take you to Gradec, a street that leads to the Stone Gate, the only medieval gate entering Free Royal city. - Stone Gate becomes a place of worship and still is and I will tell you why. . - You will be taken with a dazzling rooftop of St. Mark's Church. - And from here we will slowly walk towards Main Square, but before that, you will see a few more beautiful attractions and hear a few more personal stories. If you have other preferences, let me know and I will customize the tour.
