Come with me through the Zungu Circuit of the Black Cuisine and compose this story with us! We will start our journey at the meeting point at Praça Mauá or if you prefer, make a prior reservation for pick up at your hotel. From Copacabana head to the top visited attraction of the Christ Redeemer Statue at the top of Corcovado Mountain, while I share the place history and curious facts about it. Cruise the rain forest toward the art district of Santa Teresa and visit the tiled steps of Selarón in Lapa and Cinelândia. I can assure you that you will be amazed on how your experiences will vary throughout the day on a perfect and smooth combination of places and foodies!
- We will start our journey at the meeting point at Praça Mauá (meeting), or make a prior reservation for pick up at your hotel [pick up in Copacabana]. - From Copacabana head to Christ Redeemer, Santa Teresa, Selarón staircase and Cinelândia. - Off we go beyond the historic city center and pass by the first samba school in Estácio and the Sambadrome where the carnival parades take place. - Have a typical meal at local restaurant and head back to the historic center to see the opera house in Cinelândia, and the bohemian neighborhood of Lapa for more food.
