Tati is an amazing guide and was perfect for our small group. She immediately made friends with our two-year daughter who gravitated to Tati’s bold personality and fun sense of style. Tati made sure we saw and experienced all the sites we hoped to see plus she threw in some unique extras like a stop at a tiny spot and Santa Tereza for cheese bread and açaí and a very special stop at her art studio where she painted with our daughter. We were impressed with Tati’s knowledge of the city and how she seemed to know someone at all the attractions, cafes, and shops we visited. She clearly takes pride in her tours and providing the best possible experience for her clients. She provided us with excellent tips on restaurants and shops for after our tour ended as well. Touring with Tati was interested in getting to know us individually, which made our Rio experience feel like spending time with a long time family friend rather than simply following a tour guide around town. Tatiane was a wonderful guide. She is a ray of sunshine, very knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. We spent an excellent day at Sugarloaf Mountain, followed by the Cathedral, then Selaron Steps (including a delicious caipiriña stop), a great vista, and finally Santa Teresa, including visits to galleries Tatiane recommended (plus an opportunity to see her beautiful artwork on display!). It was wonderful. My husband and our young-adult children agreed she was a 5-star guide. We were supposed to spend 2 days with Tati, but our second day was a futbol match at Maracanã that got rescheduled. She went out of her way to rebook us with another tour company and seamlessly transitioned our reservation. We were so grateful she did the legwork to find and secure an alternative, and allowed us to cancel one day with her with no penalty. It was very generous! Highly, highly recommend Tatiane!
