If you have only one day in Rio, this is the tour for you! We will visit the main beaches in the South Zone (Ipanema, Leblon and Copacabana), Christ the Reedemer Statue (Corcovado) with Tijuca Forest, Sugar Loaf mountain, Metropolitan Cathedral, city tour in Downtown and the Sambadrome (where carnival parade takes place). We can have lunch in a famous Brazillian churrascaria (BBQ restaurant) and try the delicious caipirinha drink and amazing Brazillian fruit juices. Along the way, we will be able to talk about Brazillian history, gastronomy, economy, educational system, architecture, day to day life and anything else you want to know about our culture. * Of course we can always adjust the tour according to your interests and include or exclude some of the attractions.

Michael made this a very interesting, efficient and fantastic day. He was very proactive, enthusiastic and made sure we not only visited the promised highlights, but we also came away with a lot of extra knowledge about the background of each place in the context of Brazilian history. He even took us to a local restaurant to enjoy fresh Pintado fish. The tour was amazing! Michael made several suggestions for timing and itinerary that really helped avoid long lines and waiting. The sights in Rio were awesome and Michael was very knowledgeable about the things we were seeing and even added lots of information while moving from one place to another. It was a full day but I never felt rushed or pressured to do any specific activity and was very fun. I highly recommend the tour and would definitely come back for another tour with Michael! ������
