Born and raised here in Charleston, South Carolina, it is my pleasure to share this wonderful city with our many guests! As a lifelong resident, I decided nine years ago to leave the commercial real estate business for this new venture, as a tour guide for one of the most historic cities in America, Charleston. As the youngest of five boys I am very familiar to many people in this charming city, which become obvious as we walk around, but the numbers of people who greet me by name! My professional life spawned nearly four decades in the commercial real estate industry right here in Charleston. 9 years ago I pursued my interest in becoming a tour guide and showing off my beautiful, historic home town. I am certified and licensed as a tour guide by the City of Charleston, which means I passed a rigorous exam as well as keeping current with continuing education required by the city to remain certified.
