My family is Swiss, but I was born in Madrid and I have also lived in several other European countries like Germany and France. Although I have travelled a lot, my favourite city has always been Madrid and its secret squares, sunny terraces, centenary shops, taverns and great city life. Come with me and discover the history and legends of Madrid, its Muslim origins, the charming streets and neighbourhoods, the unique shops, the best tapas and especially the Spanish way of life. We can also have a look over the roofs of Madrid from special viewpoints and taste the authentic gastronomy and wines in town. Forget about carrying your guidebook and trying to find your way around the city while missing out on many things. Instead, let me plan a wonderful day adapted to your needs and take you on an adventure! We will avoid the crowds and focus on the authenticity of Madrid.
