I loved this tour and loved getting to know Beatriz. She grew up between Toledo and Madrid and knows Toledo as only a true local would. We took a taxi to the spots with the best views, we strolled around town and climbed the hills before it got too hot, she knew the shortcuts to avoid the crowds and the best taverns and restaurants that cater to locals more than tourists....

Beatriz had deep knowledge of the background behind the many works of art at the museum. She was able to bring that history to life for our group with diverse interests and ways that were remarkably engaging.

If I could give Beatriz ten stars for this tour, I would. She was easy to communicate with from our first contact and throughout the tour. She was very responsive. Her energy level and enthusiasm were infectious. She accommodated our group and was sensitive to what we wanted from the tour. She really knows what she is talking about, and we learned a lot from her. ...

Beatriz was simply awesome! Very easy to meet in the beginning. She took the time to get to know my family of 6 before starting and really tailored the tour to our group, paying attention to our interest level. I’d been to the Prado before, but never seen it like this. Her skill at weaving the history into a story that was educative, yet compelling is phenomenal. ...
