Hello! My name is Michaela. I've been working in tourism since 1997. As a travel agent, flight attendant, and tour leader, I traveled a lot. I met people from different countries, visited different regions, and learned different ways of life. I am a licensed tour guide in Milan, Varese, and Lake Maggiore. Milan has a rich artistic heritage that goes well behind its most famous landmarks. I promote and enhance the discovery of Milan through guided tours for adults and children. If you read the book then you will really enjoy this tour and if not, then read the book. Michaela did a great job showing the places in Milano that were part of the story while also talking about the places and their historical significance. We had a great time and she was an excellent guide.

Michaela was absolutely wonderful. Her communication in advance of the tour was so proactive and helpful - so was so prepared and helped me to be ready and to know what to bring.
