Paula was excellent! She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Milan and communicated it very well. We had an infant with us which required shifting the schedule slightly, and Paulo went out of her way to help navigate that. I would highly recommend her as a guide. She made our Milan experience more memorable!

Paola was fantastic. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all we saw with her. Loves her city of Milan and excited to show us. Started with walk thru Galleria with lots interesting tidbits. 1st Prada, etc. Then to Duomo where she had gotten a timed entry ticket and skipped the line. Up elevator to 1 level for information and pictures. She was a great picture taker. Then up to roof for more detail. Later in to church for a tour and history. Great detail. Afterwards to Opera House for more history. She personalized it to what wanted to see. I thoroughly enjoyable guided tour with Paola.

- La Scala Opera House square - Duomo, the catheadral (top roof terrace and inside) - Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II - Courtyards of Sforza's Castle The itinerary order may vary depending on opening hours and operational requirements. The tour includes the entrance ticket to the Duomo; all other entrance fees are not included and can be added upon request. Please note: access to the Duomo rooftop terraces is not recommended for: guests with walking difficulties, as stairs and uneven surfaces are present even when using the elevator; guests who suffer from vertigo. If you prefer to visit only the interior of the Duomo, a dedicated tour focusing exclusively on the inside is available. As the Duomo is an active religious site, appropriate attire is required (no sleeveless tops or shorts). For safety reasons, in case of adverse weather conditions, access to the rooftop terraces may be restricted or closed. This decision is made by the site authorities and is beyond my control.
