Milan is a very modern and European city, where life pulsates and people are always on the move. If you are here only for a short visit, this educational, entertaining tour is what you need! The first part consists of a 30 minute walking tour in the center where you will see the main monuments: the Duomo, the Gallery and Teatro alla Scala. For the rest of the journey we will move by car making several stops. The Porta Ticinese and Navigli district is one of the most picturesque places in Milan. In some spots it even somewhat resembles Venice. A long time ago Milan was all covered in canals. People used them to obtain drinking water, to deliver goods, wash clothes, to discharge waste and sewage, which by the way was a frequent cause of epidemics In the late 19th and early 20th Milan's canals were filled up. This tour is a perfect combination of the old part of Milan and the modern city of skyscrapers, such as the "Vertical Forest" in a beautiful and restored Isola area. Discover this unique Italian city!
During this tour, We will see some of the most beautiful places, such as: •Duomo, Galleria, La Scala Theatre - 30 minutes on foot; •Sforzesco Castle; •Sempione Park, Arena, Arch of Piece, Triennale, Cadorna square; •Church of St. Ambrose (short stop); •Navigli canals, Church of St. Eustorgius, Church and Columns of St. Lawrence; •Milan Court, "5 days" Square, Republic Square; •Pirelli skyscraper, Central Station, Garibaldi skyscrapers district, Monumental Cemetery, Chinatown. The itinerary is flexible, for any changes please let me know.
