Despite the pouring rain in Milan that day resulting in limited time on the terrace, our guide, Paola R, gave us a wonderful tour. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was wasn't her fault that it was raining. She did take us up, but Mother Nature just wouldn't cooperate. I have visited the Duomo in the past, but this was my first tour and it was the best. I thank Paola for doing her very best under not so good circumstances. I highly recommend this tour.

Outstanding tour of the Duomo of Milan given the crowds. Paola gave great insight into the history and construction of the Cathedral. She also gave great hints about best locations for pictures.
- top roof terrace of the Duomo - inside of the Duomo - archeological area of the Duomo Dress code required (no sleeveless shirts or shorts, skirts and trousers must be long until the knees). The visit to the top roof terrace is not fit for people with walking difficulties and/or suffering of vertigo. Although there is an elevator, there are anyway stairs and obstacle. Please note, in case of bad weather conditions for security reasons, the access to the top roof terrace might be limited or closed. This is out of my will and control.
