Milan's Highlights - Panoramic Tour with Private Driver

This half-day tour in Milan offers a luxurious and comfortable way to explore the city's highlights. With my expertise and passion for art, I will bring Milan and its history to life for you. Together we'll head to the magnificent Duomo, one of the most iconic landmarks in Milan, where we'll marvel at its intricate Gothic architecture. We'll also visit the center of Milan—the busy, bustling fashion hub of Italy—including the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a historic shopping arcade known for its stunning glass dome and high-end boutiques. In addition to this, we'll see the imposing Sforza Castle too, once home to the ruling families of Milan. We'll visit the castle's grounds together as I let you know about its rich history. • We'll start by meeting in your hotel & getting in our Mercedes to drive to Milan's Cathedral, the Duomo. • Afterwards, we'll visit the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the world's oldest shopping centres. • Later, we'll reach La Scala Opera House and appreciate its stunning outsides. • Next we'll visit a true hidden gem in the city: San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore, a fully frescoed Renaissance church. • What follows will be a visit to Sforza Castle's courtyard, where I'll tell you about this family that was so important in the history of Milan. It's very difficult to find tickets available but, if you book in enough advance, I could accommodate your request. Weather: I run tours rain or shine, and most of my itineraries take place entirely or partially outside. Water, sunscreen and a hat are recommended in summer, as are warm layers in winter. Comfortable shoes are always advised.
