Hello, I am Mauro, geologist, hiking guide and scuba dive instructor. I am Sicilian, but citizen of the world. I am a positive person with a talent to interpersonal relationships.
I like meet people and show every beautiful things of my country. I like travel around Europe and discover small towns or villages where the people conserve ours traditions. I like the food and wine tour because it make a relation around the table (The Convivio) or a cooking traditions. When I'm at home, I like to cook for my family and prepare pizza, bread and fresh pasta. I have deep knolwledge of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany and I can show you both.

Then we visit a Balsamic vinagre producer who opens his doors just for you. We complete the day trip by discovering the flavours of Parma Ham. After you will be back to Bologna with great memories!

We leave Bologna early in the morning. Between Modena and Parma in a small cheese producer You can see the making of the oldest cheese in Italy walking in the salting room, aging room. smell the flavour the Parmigiano Reggiano and taste it! We leave the factory enthusiastic and ready for a new experience by discovering the flavours of Parma Ham. After visit the Factory we taste the really Parma Ham. Now we are ready to have a lunch so we start to drive on the hills to stop in a Trattoria and there taste the tipical food , Ravioli with ricottta and spinach ot pumpkins, tagliatelle al ragù, Parmigiano Reggiano cream, Salumi and meet. Leaving the farmhouse satisfied we appreciate the nature, the foliage and the land of the castles.
Then we will visit a Balsamic vinagre producer who opens his doors just for you.
After you will be back to Bologna with great memories!
