Bonjour and welcome to Paris My name is Pascal. I am a passionate and Licensed National Tour Guide. I am a native Parisian born and raised in the district of Montmartre, the most charming neighborhood. With approximately two decades of experience in the tourism industry and over a dozen years guiding tours. I see my role as a messenger, helping visitors see and understand what a work of art has to say. I initially started my professional career as a photographer before becoming a Tour Guide in Paris. My work as a photographer led to several exhibitions across Paris, and the opportunity to explore the globe. My background as an artist photographer became an additional skill to my visits, often pausing to focus on the details of the painting, discussing the artist's strokes, and exploring their visual techniques, as if stepping into the shoes of the painter in front of his canvas. I conduct a variety of tours, including visits to the Louvre and Orsay museums, the majestic Versailles, and various city tours and walking tours throughout Paris. My personal favorite is the walking tour of Montmartre. Join me for an unconventional exploration of Montmartre through the small streets, beginning at the iconic Moulin Rouge and tracing the paths of the impressionist masters and a stop at a local bakery where I'll share tips on selecting the finest croissants and baguettes.
