Greetings. Welcome to Copenhagen! I am a retired American diplomat with over 40 years of "traveling the world" experience. I have been based mostly in Denmark since 2011, where I live happily with my young Danish children. I am an expert on Copenhagen and its surroundings, having literally biked to every nook and cranny of the area, and throughout Denmark. As a career public affairs officer, I have organized tours and official programs for countless American delegations in countless countries. I am now overjoyed to be organizing private tours for private citizens to enjoy this wonderful region. I am told that I am a fun spirited and humorous conversationalist with a passion for history and politics. I will work closely with you to adjust any tour to best fit your needs. Extra stops can be added, hours can be adjusted. Biking and bike/train/personal vehicle options to the castles, Viking museums and museums outside greater Copenhagen are all possible. I am 100% committed to giving you a wonderful travel experience.

What a spectacular day! Robert is a wealth of knowledge and his tour really allowed for the time to walk, bike and ride the trains through stunning areas of Copenhagen city and outer areas that were delightful to explore. We had an exceptional day with Robert. He picked us up at our hotel right on time. We cycled through the high spots of Copenhagen all the way to the Little Mermaid statue.
