We’ll visit Copenhagen’s highlights as well as hidden corners, quiet streets, and local spots I’ve discovered over ten years as a guide. A special part of the day is our lunch stop, where you can try traditional Danish food, smørrebrød. I’ll explain the ingredients, variations, when and how dishes are eaten, and their cultural importance.
