Greetings. Welcome to Copenhagen! I am a retired American diplomat with over 40 years of "traveling the world" experience. I have been based mostly in Denmark since 2011, where I live happily with my young Danish children. I am an expert on Copenhagen and its surroundings, having literally biked to every nook and cranny of the area, and throughout Denmark. As a career public affairs officer, I have organized tours and official programs for countless American delegations in countless countries. I am now overjoyed to be organizing private tours for private citizens to enjoy this wonderful region. I am told that I am a fun spirited and humorous conversationalist with a passion for history and politics. I will work closely with you to adjust any tour to best fit your needs. Extra stops can be added, hours can be adjusted. Biking and bike/train/personal vehicle options to the castles, Viking museums and museums outside greater Copenhagen are all possible. I am 100% committed to giving you a wonderful travel experience.

We had a great morning with Robert in Copenhagen. He covered so much history and was so very knowledgeable about the city. In fact, we could have spent more time with him after the tour, asking questions and getting his thorough answers! He did justice to this beautiful and interesting place.
