Copenhagen is not a city defined by grand monuments and avenues. It is a compact and livable city made great by the sum of many small parts. The City's 1000 year history lives on and evolves as the Capitol of a modern society. If you want to see the City through the eyes of local, here is your chance. I am an Architect and Urban Planner with my own small practice, but I enjoy sharing the City with visitors and make time for as many tours as possible. Copenhagen is my home and one of my main interests. I like to showcase and discuss all aspects of the City, from its history to its diverse contemporary culture. I have many years of experience doing Architecture and Planning specific tours aimed at both professionals and the general public. That said, I also have extensive experience guiding about a wide spectrum of other topics and always adjust my guiding to suit the interests of a given guest or group. I guide by most modes of transport, although typically not by car. Copenhagen is a world class walkable city and has some of the best and safest bicycle infrastructure anywhere. I do both predefined and custom tours spanning anything from an hour to a couple of days. Feel free to contact me. Privately I am a father of two and live in the neighbourhood of Nørrebro. Some say I have too many bicycles, but I need them for my daily commute, for recreation and for transporting the kids.
