Nani was super quick to respond to our many questions efficiently accommodating our party of 6 on very short notice. She coordinated with a professional driver who arrived promptly in his Mercedes mini-van that was clean and modern. She provided suggested itinerary yet also incorporated our input. Her thoughtful and patient advice was particularly appreciated to incorporate the interests of the 13-year-old boy in our company while also being respectful of the group's energy and interests.

What Madrid lacks in old European history, Toledo has in abundance. Nani had suggested we take a day trip to Toledo, a little over an hour car ride from Madrid, and we were not disappointed. Nani's knowledge of Toledo, a walled hill-town with its narrow streets and almost a thousand years history, only made the day that much more enjoyable. This is the perfect day trip for anyone's stay in Madrid.

Nani arranged for a day tour of Toledo from Madrid for our party. Not only did she show us the city, she explained its history and helped us understand what we were seeing. Being able to spend time with her and learn about her country and the city helped to make our trip one of the best we have ever taken.
