During this excursion from Madrid we will explore the architectural and social history of Toledo, so-known as the city of the Three Cultures, is only 71 kilometers from Madrid, a unique and "must to see" delight. Built on top of a hill surrounded by city walls and embraced by the Tajo river, Toledo has been an important strategic city since Roman times. A place where Jewish, Muslim and Christian Communities historically coexisted. We will explore the "Juderia", old Jewish Quarter, with its synagogues, the Gothic Cathedral from Christian Toledo, the life of the famous painter "El Greco" and all the fascinating legends and secrets of Toledo. Toledo is a maze from medieval days, coming with me will make things easier, you'll go with the flow and I will have all the ducks in a row for you!. Join me for a wonderful day in Toledo!
