Private Walking Tour Old Madrid Habsburg district

We will get to know together the labyrinth of streets of this wonderful and controversial city. The evolution of its urban plan since its foundation, accompanied by a tapa or hot chocolate with churros (depending on the time we start) in some of our fantastic markets or very old centennial cafeterias, or champagne and oysters, you are the boss! The city starts to grow mainly after King Philip II settles in Madrid with his court in 1561. This is the reason why most of the Old City is called the Habsburg district, or los Austrias, as we say here. I will be open to your wishes and needs. We can make it more or less historical or gastronomic, take a photo tour, or just spend a nice day together, getting to know how the heart of the city pulses through us. Large groups are also welcome!
