On this food and drink tasting tour, I’ll introduce you to Latvian cuisine at Riga Central Market and take you to some of my favorite local spots for food and drinks around the city. Riga Central Market is one of the largest and most historic markets in Europe, making it the perfect place to explore local flavors. We’ll visit my favorite local producers, taste traditional Latvian foods, and enjoy a few drinks together - including, of course, a pint or two of local beer. Along the way, I’ll share stories about everyday life in Latvia, local food traditions, and what makes Riga’s food scene special. This is, by far, the best guided tour I have ever experience. With passion, enthusiasm, heart and soul, Emils took us on a journey that we'll never forget. He tailored the tour for us and no one was left untuched. We laughed, were emotionally deeply touched and ate fun/delicious/wierd food :) Thanks to Emils we are now in utter love with Riga, it's architecture and food and we have gained unexpected knowledge about Latvias history and culture.
