Overview of your Riga tour
It could be said that this is the most beautiful Bog (Moor, Marsh) path not fare from Riga. Cena Bog is a specially protected area - a nature reserve, as well as a Natura 2000 area. There is a 5 km long boardwalk and, in the middle of which there is an observation tower, which allows you to look at the marsh from above. The Bog is especially beautiful in spring and autumn. Marsh lakes with islets and vegetation will delight not only naturalists, but every nature lover. Here you can also familiarize yourself with the history and present of peat processing. Your Riga tour itinerary
Meeting guests from any place in Riga in 50 - 60 minutes we will start to walk. It will takes 1, 5-2 hours for exploring Bog. On the way back possible stopover at "Laci" bakery. The best traditional also rye bread are baked there as well other Latvian gourmet products available from bakery shop. Following 50-60 minutes transfer back to Riga.
