"We invite one another not barely to eat and drink but to eat and drink together" Plutarch I was born in Rome on the same day of Julius Caesar! I have a Degree and a Master in Art History; as an official Vatican guide I attended many courses by the Holy See concerning their collections and History of the Church. I keep studying and researching about Art. As I became a guide I was the youngest…now I am not the oldest! My work is my passion: every day is a new day and every guest a new guest. I like exploring Rome, wandering trough the town with my clients following their personalities, needs, wishes…. I like creating personalized tours, from the classical visits for "first comers" as literary tours, food tours or …"mood tours" following the inspiration of the day… My goal is to share with you my love for Rome, Art and "slow living" and make you feel at home even if you come from far far away…. Private licensed guide. Degree and a Master in Art History. Official Vatican guide, I attended many courses by the Holy See concerning their collections and History of the Church. I can prepare for you customized tours (full day or half day) with luxury private car and driver If my calendar appears unavailable, please contact me anyway. I can organize private transportation by private car and driver. I provide pick-up and drop-off at the hotel or port via the driver. I’ll meet you at the meeting point. For easy communication on the day of the tour, I suggest downloading WhatsApp on your smartphone.

Rome isn’t the only marvel in our region—just a short trip away lies Tivoli, a treasure trove of art, history, and breathtaking scenery. Nestled in the ancient volcanic landscape that shaped Rome, Tivoli enchants visitors with its blend of nature and architectural wonders. First, we’ll explore Hadrian’s Villa, the magnificent retreat of Emperor Hadrian. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this archaeological park blends Roman ruins with lush greenery, offering a glimpse into the opulent life of one of history’s great rulers. Next, we’ll visit Villa d’Este, a stunning Renaissance palace commissioned by Cardinal Ippolito d’Este in the 1500s. Recently restored, its magical gardens, adorned with fountains and terraces, have captivated admirers across Europe. Join me on this unforgettable journey through history, art, and nature. Tivoli is a place you’ll fall in love with—I can’t wait to share it with you
-Pick up at your hotel by mercedes with driver; drive along Via Tiburtina to Tivoli (18 miles east of Rome) -Villa Adriana: -The Villa -The palace -Lunch Break -The gardens Villa d'Este with its sixteenth-century fountains -The buildings -The order of the visit may change according to the time of day and season. -On rainy days the water in the fountains is turned off at Villa d'Este. -Villa Adriana is an Archeological park; we will walk 2 miles on average, 0. 3 miles to reach the ruins. -Villa d'Este is more vertical than horizontal- there are many steps and slopes; There is a terrace reachable by elevator with a nice panoramic view over the Villa. -Villa Adriana about 3 hours -Lunch about 1 hour -Villa d'Este about 2 hours -Private transfer from/to hotel about 1, 5 hour Note: the itinerary may change due to traffic in the city. I recommend clothing according to the season and comfortable shoes.
