The tour will start from Via della Pilotta, today official entrance to the gallery. Going through a tiny staircase you will be all of a sudden transported back in time and feel like a noble of the XVII century. The Colonna were pioneer in the mecenatism of the arts in Rome and their collection became "THE COLLECTION". The family has always been linked to the history of Rome and to the Papacy, being part of the most important historical events of the city, just to metion the victory of Lepanto against the Turks. The visit will continue to teh gardens from where you will admire a stunning view of Rome.
