Hi there! I'm Barbara, born and raised in Rome, just a few feet from the Vatican City, I love to travel the world and explore different cultures! With a degree in Architecture and a master degree in Historical Building Restoration, I have been studying architecture and art history for all my life, working for several years to the restoration of some of the most prestigious palaces in Rome. I decided to become a Tour Guide to share my lifetime experience in Rome with people from all over the world. I'm really proud to unravel the amazing stories hidden behind every alley and square of the Eternal city, bring back to life the outstanding Roman ruins, show the masterpieces made by the most important artists working for the powerful Popes and communicate my passion and true love for my Hometown, like only locals can do!
