Ricardo is the best! He planned a fabulous day in Rome for us and worked around our schedule and our needs. He got us right up to the sites and avoided all the crowds and was extremely knowledgeable about Rome. We want to go back and book another tour with him to Tivioli. His english is superb and he is positive and fun and enthusiastic! We can’t think if a better tour guide in Rome!
Riccardo is an outstanding tour guide. He was prompt in our pickup from our cruise ship. His van was perfect for our party of four. He is fun and full of energy. He recommended tours of Emperor Hadrian’s Villa (Villa Adriana) and Villa d’Este (both were excellent) as well as including time for pizza and gelato. A perfect day in Tivoli.
We loved our tour with Riccardo! Getting between the port and Rome was super easy with him. We drove through Rome and we loved being able to hop out and take pictures up close and learning about the historical landmarks through him. Tivoli was beautiful and Riccardo reserved a lovely spot for lunch for us. He was so kind and helpful, highly recommend him and his tour!
- You will be picked up at Civitavecchia port and we will start your private tour visiting Rome highlights such as the Colosseum (just from the outside), the Circus Maximus, the Roman Forum view from Capitoline Hill, Venice Square with Victor Emmanuel Monument (The "Wedding Cake"), the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps - Then we will go to Tivoli visiting Villa D'este (except on Monday, it is closed) and have lunch in a typical restaurant (lunch and entrance ticket cost are not included in the tour rate). - After your 9 hrs tour, you will be driven back to Civitavecchia port.
