Ciao! I can’t wait to take you on a delicious journey through Rome, where food, art, and history come together in the most delightful way. As a passionate Roman and a lover of all things culinary, I’ll show you the city through the eyes—and taste buds—of a local. We’ll stroll through ancient cobblestone streets, admire stunning landmarks, and uncover the stories behind Rome’s iconic sites. But the real highlight? The food! From crispy supplì and mouthwatering pizza al taglio to creamy gelato and rich espresso, you’ll taste authentic Roman flavors. I’ll share insider tips on local food traditions, the best markets, and hidden gems that most visitors miss. Whether you're a dedicated foodie or simply curious about Roman culture, this tour is designed to give you a deeper connection to the Eternal City—one delicious experience at a time. So, bring your appetite and a sense of adventure. Let’s explore Rome together!
Our food adventure will take us through the historic rioni of Pigna, Parione, and Sant’Angelo, where every street tells a story and every bite reveals the rich flavors of Rome. The itinerary is flexible and will be modified according to your preferences. - Rione Pigna: We’ll begin our adventure in the heart of Rione Pigna, where the Pantheon stands as a testament to Rome’s ancient glory. - Rione Parione: Via dei Banchi Vecchi, Via del Pellegrino, Campo de'Fiori and Piazza Navona. We'll stroll through Rome's most authentic streets, handpicking the finest local street food along the way. - Rione Sant'Angelo: This neighborhood is a treasure trove of history and unique flavors. Here, we’ll savor carciofi alla giudia—crispy fried artichokes - and learn about the Jewish Ghetto’s enduring influence on Roman cuisine and culture. Our last indulgence? artisan gelato from a traditional gelateria. Choose your flavors, from creamy pistachio to rich dark chocolate, and enjoy a sweet ending to our culinary journey.

Since this is a walking tour, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes, a hat for the summer, and warm layers during the winter.

Meet me in front of the fountain with the obelisk, located at the center of the square, directly across from the Pantheon. I’ll be holding a sign with your name.
