I still remember the first time I saw ancient statues, I was in the Vatican Museum and I was a child. Those marble giants were not just silent witness of their time but it seemed like I could hear their voices talking to me from the past. Was it that a decisive moment in my life? Probably it was! Overview of your Rome tour
This is a tour that will make you see Rome like a sweet tooth: a little taste and you'll want to come back to visit it. A golf cart with driver (3 hours) will make it easy and comfortable to reach the historic center for a sightseeing tour of the main squares. We can stop on request for a short walk, pictures, a piece of pizza, or a gourmet gelato or just go ahead with our panoramic tour. I am an archaeologist as well as a guide, and we will go back and forth in time telling you where everything originated from, making you experience time and memory. But it is not possible to visit Rome without leaving a piece of your heart for Michelangelo's art in the Sistine Chapel and in St. Peter's Basilica, Pantheon, the Colosseum and then the Trevi Fountain, an architectural marvel of the Baroque period where those who fall in love with Rome flip a coin backwards to return.
Your Rome tour itinerary
We will visit: Vatican Area (3. 5 hrs) -Vatican Museums - Sistine Chapel with Michelangelo masterpieces -St. Peter's Basilica and square Private Golf cart tour with driver (3 hrs) -Piazza Navona, Four Rivers Fountain (Bernini), Sant'Agnese church (outside) -Spanish Steps -Pantheon (inside) -Trevi Fountain Archeological Area (1. 5 hr) -Colosseum (inside) -Arch of Constantine -Roman Forum (outside) The itinerary can be customized to your preferences. The itinerary could be on the reverse according to Colosseum/Vatican time slot tickets. -Please write me if there are people with mobility problems and if you use or need a wheelchair, the itinerary will be different. -Please bring a copy of your passport (paper copy or photo on your phone), the tickets are nominal and a copy of your documents must be show -The Vatican DRESS CODE is strict and requires shoulders and knees covered: low cut or sleeveless clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats for men are not allowed.
