Ciao! My name is Romina, and I am a licensed guide with a degree in Ancient Greek and Roman archaeology and art history. I was born and raised in Le Marche, a region of central Italy. I graduated from the University of Perugia in 2000 and then moved to Rome for the love of my husband. I started working as an expert guide for school groups at the excavations of Ostia Antica, a place I consider my paradise. This experience led me to become an enthusiastic, qualified guide of Rome. I love art and history, but also food and wine. I adore ancient ruins, walls, and bricks—that’s why Rome is my perfect place. I love its monuments, churches with unexpected art treasures, Baroque squares, museums, and archaeological sites, as well as its narrow streets and lesser-known corners, its gardens, and its more modern neighborhoods. I never get tired of the “Eternal City”; I never stop learning—Rome always has something new to reveal. I would like to share my passion with everyone who wants to experience it. My tours are suitable both for tourists visiting Rome for the first time and for those who have already been here.
