Hello and thank you for reading about me, Roberta! I was born and raised in Rome, I have dedicated many years of my life to art history and archaeology. I have taken a Degree at the PIAC, the Pontifical Institute of Christian Archaeology. I have worked as a tour leader for leading Italian and American tour operators in Rome. I love my Ancient City and wish to share it with you! My interests in the arts and history fields as a young child led me to start working as a professional tour guide, which I have been doing with great enthusiasm since 2009, when I obtained my licence. I also have a special licence for the Vatican City which allows me to cooperate with many groups and families. I speak fluently in English, French and Spanish, and have graduated in Political Science. I love travelling the world and all animals, in particular dogs and cats. Overview of your Rome tour
This tour will take you on a culinary journey through the real Italy, with one of our best chefs! You will start doing shopping in one of the oldest Roman market, Campo de Fiori, choosing fresh ingredients to use in your cooking class. Then you will start preparing your meal, making homemade pasta such as ravioli or fettuccine and preparing other dishes alongside others under the guidance of your personal chef in order to produce a full meal. You will cook inside a private apartment, in the heart of the Eternal City. At the end of the course, you will enjoy the dishes you've created and you will drink the wine your chef has selected to make your lunch perfect. Today you won't be a tourist, but a true traveler immersed in authentic Roman culture!!!! Your lesson includes 3 types of pasta, main course, dessert and a selection of wine and soft drinks. After the tour you will walk to Fatamorgana Gelateria, where you can take a sweet gelato!
