Had a wonderful time with our family of 6. We were able to cover a lot of ground but never felt rushed or overwhelmed. We did two separate tours with Patrizia and enjoyed them both. Highly recommended

I still remember the first time I saw ancient statues, I was in the Vatican Museum and I was a child. Those marble giants were not just silent witness of their time but it seemed like I could hear their voices talking to me from the past. Was it that a decisive moment in my life? Probably it was! I graduated in Art History at Rome University and while waiting to find a "real" job I started to work as a guide and, little by little, it became my job! I've been a tourist guide since then which means …. a bit! I enjoy what I do and statues haven't stop whispering their stories to me, that, together with studies and experience, enables me to explain to you things about Rome and its history in a way you could not imagine. If we'll meet in Roma I'm ready to show you my Roma and share my knowledge with you! From the Vatican, to the Colosseum, passing through the Borghese Gallery, Caravaggio, Trastevere, Jewish Ghetto and amazing Italian food and wine, I am at your service and I love answering my guests questions and I can customize my tours for your needs. You're in good hands with me, and I look forward to meeting you! Are you ready to follow me? Ciao a tutti! Hi everybody! I live and work in Roma as a tourist guide: - Art History graduated (Tor Vergata University) - Licensed tour guide of Roma -I can prepare for you customized tours (full day or half day) with luxury private car and driver If my calendar appears unavailable, please contact me anyway. I can organize private transportation by private car and driver. I provide pick-up and drop-off at the hotel or port via the driver. I’ll meet you at the meeting point. For easy communication on the day of the tour, I suggest downloading WhatsApp on your smartphone.

The privilege to have both gladiators' perspective and Emperors' view, in the same day. The Arena stage is essentially the "backstage" of the Colosseum, and it's there you'll learn how preparations were made for the life and death "games" that played out in the Arena. Yes, exactly where the gladiators would face their destiny and their fierce opponents in no-holds-barred duels and terrifying battles that would drive the Romans insane. We will carry on by visiting the extended Roman Forum focal point of Romans everyday life. Here is where they met to take carry out their businesses and to participate in public life. Last but not least, to have an overall view we have to reach the Palatine hill, Roman emperors' residence from where they would decide the fate of the Empire. I love the art and statues haven't stop whispering their stories to me, that, together with studies and experience, enables me to explain to you things about Rome in a way you could not imagine. Are you ready to follow me into the Arena?

This was an incredible tour and Patrizia was a fantastic historian with so much information about the history of the colosseum and forum with background and content that made the tour so informative. If I was going to do a tour when visiting Rome this is who I would do it with. The meeting place was easy to get to, she was on time, during the tour she constantly asked if we needed to take a break, use the bathroom, or wanted to spend more time in a specific location to take pictures. I would highly recommend her for future tours. It was a blast! I would rate this a 10 out of 10 tour.
Today we had the absolute pleasure of exploring the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill with our guide Patrizia—and wow, what an experience! She brought ancient Rome to life with her knowledge, passion, and fun storytelling. Walking through these incredible ruins felt like stepping back in time, and Patrizia made sure we didn’t just see the history, but truly understood it. If you’re visiting Rome, a tour with her is a must—you’ll never look at these iconic sites the same way again
We had an amazing tour of Colosseum and the Roman Forum with Patrizia. Patrizia was very friendly, knowledgeable, engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed learning new facts about ancient Rome and we would definitely recommend Patrizia as your Rome tour guide. We had two tours with her. She was wonderful.
We were very fortunate to have Patrizia for an afternoon tour of the Vatican and a tour of the Colosseum with her the next morning. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and a very friendly attitude. There was 6 of us in our group and everyone had a great time. I always love tour by locals. Patrizia got us to skip the line and she knows just where to lead your group so you're not in with the masses. I wound't hesitate to recommend her for any tour in Rome.
My wife has MS and brought along her mobility scooter. Patrizia made sure Nita saw as much of the colosseum and forum as possible. And helped find a route that worked well for Nita’s scooter. She knows Ancient Rome and explains it very well with joy and humor. Patrizia is a great choice we. for your guide.
