Want to see the famous ruins of Pompeii and enjoy the beautiful Amalfi Coast while in Rome? That's the perfect full day trip for you! We'll take the high speed train from Rome and in just one hour we will be in Naples, where we'll meet my experienced Neapolitan driver. After a delicious breakfast, sfogliatella and caffè, we'll drive along the amazing Amalfi coast, with stops to take pictures and enjoy breathtaking views over the cliffs. We'll reach Ravello, charming village on the Amalfi Coast, with an enchanting mountaintop setting on Italy's most beautiful coastline, strolling along its medieval streets, garden villas and ancient stone pathways we'll visit the famous Villa Rufolo and its gardens. Lunch break in a top notch restaurant with breathtaking vies and then we'll head to Pompeii, simply the best preserved Roman city in the world! We'll explore this city frozen in time after the eruption of the Vesuvius, its villas, streets, thermal baths. . . ready to go back in time?
