We will drive to Bethlehem, entering the city through the main checkpoint. Upon arrival, we will have a brief discussion about the current political situation in the West Bank. Our first stop will be the Church of the Nativity, the traditional birthplace of Jesus. Following this, we will take a short walk to the Church of the Milk, where the Virgin Mary is believed to have nursed the baby Jesus on her journey to Egypt. Next, we will return to our vehicle and proceed to the Shepherds' Fields, where the announcement of Jesus' birth was made to the shepherds. After our visit, we will head back home.
