City of David Private Tour - Where Jerusalem began

Adiel was by far the best tour guide I’ve had on ToursByLocals, and I had such an amazing time on the tour today. It's evident how much he loves what he does and it rubs off - the time flew by and I learned so so much. I wish I had booked something longer lol. He was very personable, knew so much about the city, and taught me so many things I never known before/showed me so many places I would've never found/known about on my own. My dad is visiting Israel next year and I’ve already shared Adiel's contact with him because I know how much he will enjoy this tour and Adiel himself. I can't recommend Adiel/the tour highly enough. Hope to get another tour from him soon!

Anyone who has read our other reviews of touring with Adiel knows we are fans. This tour only enhanced our respect for his patience and knowledge of the terrain and history. In pouring rain, he expertly guided us through what is briefed to be King David's palace and the historically significant tunnels to Jerusalem's emergency water supply. It was the perfect tour for anyone who likes history and archeology. Adiel made us feel like we had a friend and teacher. Perfect albeit wet day ended with him pointing out a terrific restaurant!

Adiel W is a wonderful tour guide. He is exceptionally knowledgeable. He was able to give us all the information about the sights and more. Adiel was very accommodating to my issues with climbing due to recent knee surgery. We made it through. I would definitely recommend Adiet and would book him again.

When part of our group missed the tour due to flight cancellations, he was willing to communicate with someone else in the group and do the tour for a smaller number of people.
