Shalom, Salaam, Bonjour, Hallo, I am happy to present myself as a professional, Humorous and passionate licensed tour guide. I made Aliyah (emigrated) from Belgium in 92' to the land of Milk & Honey, Integrated in the society as a Kibbutz member, served in the IDF marines corps and directed for many years at the Foreign Ministry professional training programs for developing countries in cooperation with UNESCO. Particularly touching and fruitful were the dialogue workshops between Israelis and Palestinians. If you decide to book me you will have to fasten you're seat-belt! Your visit to Israel will reach heights and stay inscribed in your memories as a unique experience. MY CHALLENGE: As licensed tour guide, historian and lecturer on Bible History I QUESTION and share the complexity of the past and present of this tiny piece of land who was conquered, destroyed and rebuild so many times. Proud to be familiar with (almost) every side-street, anecdote, local par-fum and melody. IF MOSES WOULD HAVE HIRED MY SERVICES, THE HEBREWS WOULDN'T CIRCLED AROUND FOR 40 YEARS before getting into the land of Canaan! MY OBJECTIVE: Let you live through an unforgettable sensation, called Israel. Looking forward to see you! MA Israel Studies, Haifa university. A Jew, a Christian and a Muslim met one day. . . It's not the beginning of a joke it's the start of a Jewish story who is called Jerusalem. We will walk through the most revered city in the world with some humor and many anecdotes. My passion for Jerusalem is your unforgettable Journey:) Warm Shalom, Michel K.

Michel G is a very attentive and considerate. He picked us up on time and took us on a personalized heritage tour. We had been to Jerusalem previously, but that was several years ago, so many of the sites we remembered, but Michel re-presented them to us with much more detail and context. We could have chosen to simply travel by taxi or bus to see Jerusalem ourselves. However, with Michel this experience became a much more personal and intimate view of a place where our ancestors lived.
It would be near impossible to say enough good things about Michel. He is passionate about the topics, extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, funny, and relays knowledge in an easy to absorb manner. We greatly enjoyed every minute with him. *Highly recommended*
We wish we could give Michel more than 5 stars. An absolutely transformative day walking through the Old City. We had read and researched much about the Old City and the "hot spots" before we came, and Michel educated us on the facets of this wonderful city that will never appear on a wikipedia page or tour book. We loved the graphics he brought with him so you could really feel how the city had transformed over the millennia. He knows every nook and cranny of the glorious city. 100% awesome!!!
Michel was terrific! Knowledgeable, friendly, funny and easy to be with for the day. All the sites he took us to were important places to visit in Jerusalem. The only one that I would have left out was the New Great Synagogue.
Michel did a wonderful job of introducing us to Jerusalem. He is extremely knowledgeable about the country and has a great sense of humor.
We start at the Old City, Jaffa gate and David's tower who isn't really from David, but marketing is important. We visit the tomb of King David on Mount Zion, to the Jewish quarter along the Cardo the 5th avenue of the Roman time and explore the excavations at the western wall. After a nice local lunch we continue by car to the new city. The 5 meter high sculptured Menorah and his stories will impress you. From there we walk the Knesset view on the Rotshild Avenue and we end our journey with Yad Vashem the Holocaust Museum. Old city Jerusalem - 3 hours, easy walking. Jaffa gate, David's tower, Jewish Quarter, Souk, Cardo, Mount Zion, King David's tomb, Western wall Departure for the Knesset view and Menorah, 15 Minutes drive. Visit 45 Minutes From the Knesset to Yad Vashem (guiding restrictions and closed on Saturday) 30 Minutes drive. Visit 2 hours.
