Hi! I'm a licensed tour guide and I'm excited to share my love of Israel with you! My passion is using story-telling, education and experiences to connect people to all that Israel has to offer and to give them a wider perspective in order to connect Israel's story to my clients. All parts of Israel, history, nature, religious traditions, modern culture, even food! create a tapestry with themes that are relevant to much of the world and I tap into all those topics through stories and experiences to draw people into their experience as a tourist. I grew up in Minnesota in a story-telling family and chose to make Israel as my home as an adult. I am licensed by the Ministry of Tourism and have a commercial limousine license. I have a BA in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a MS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon. I'm a mom to 6 boys and love hiking, games and learning new things. If you have a particular interest, I can help to craft a personal tour for you. I have worked with a wide range of individuals and groups from all walks of life to help them to get the most out of their time in Israel and to connect with their experience. I look forward to seeing you on your next trip to Israel! - Licensed guide - Israel Ministry of Tourism - Licensed driver - commercial - Israel Transportation Ministry - Tour Educator - Machon Taglit, Israel No restrictions.

Join me to discover the basement spaces and rooftops in Jerusalem's Old City! You will get a good workout as we climb to the vistas of the rooftops and descend to the underground spaces. Jerusalem is built in layers - we will explore beyond the street level. At the Tower of David Museum we'll climb Phasael Tower and see one of the most breathtaking vistas of Jerusalem. We'll see the Kishle - Herod's Palace remains. We'll venture to the basement of buildings where we'll walk on 2000 year-old stones from a Roman thoroughfare. Did you know you can find authentic Austrian strudel in the heart of the Old City? We'll climb to the rooftop of the Austrian hospice for a bird's eye view of the Dome of the Rock. We'll feel the devotion as we descend to the basement and see where the fragments of the cross were found by Queen Helena
- Meet at Jaffa Gate and go to the Tower of David Museum to climb Phasael Tower overlooking Jerusalem and see the Kishle - Herod's Palace remains. - We will continue to the Cardo in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City and hear how Hadrian reshaped the city of Jerusalem. - We will then venture to the Moslem Quarter of the Old City and visit the Austrian hospice and their unique rooftop view. - We will walk along part of the historic Via Dolorosa as we make our way to the Christian Quarter where we will venture into the crypt of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. See where multitudes of Christian pilgrims put their mark before descending to the spot where according to Christian tradition, Helena found remnants of the true cross.
