Overview of your Rhodes tour
On this tour we are going to visit and see the highlights of Rhodes Town! First, we are going to see all the most important historical buildings of the new Town, dated between the 1920's and 1930's. Photo-stop by the Mandraki harbor, where once upon a time the Colossus of Rhodes stood. We drive on, to highest point of the city, to the Acropolis of Rhodes. From there we have the best panoramic view over the Aegean Sea and Asia Minor! There, on the top, we visit the ruins of the Apollo Temple, and also we see the ancient Stadium. Than we head to the Medieval Town of Rhodes, named by the UNESCO a World Heritage City. Unique, with all the walls, castles, churches, mosques and synagogues. The Knights of St. John build also the Grandmaster's Palace were we will pass by! After all this you can enjoy lunch in a Greek taverna and spend time in all the small lanes and streets in the shopping area. This tour is a great experience that you will never forget, and I can personalize it according to your preferences.
